Senior director involved in all aspects of the operations and touring of large-scale exhibitions, from development and design through installation. Over the last 3+ years I've moved into lead project manager in the development of new exhibitions. Collaborating with curators, designers, education teams, development departments, retail, architects, lighting and AV experts to present the highest quality collections.


  • In consultation with the project lead, defined and managed overall strategy, moving the project from concept design to final design, execution, and installation of a $400k 6-week prototype event.  


  • Responsible for research, budget management, project planning, and design/implementation of a $1.5m project (conceptual design, design development, prototyping, fabrication, program testing, program development and staff hiring and training).


  • Oversaw touring and operations for 12,000 sq. ft. exhibition managing budgets of $1m per city.


  • Managed day-to-day operations of a world-renowned exhibition, managing budgets of up to $4m annually, seeing between 150k and 600k visitors a year.


Highlighted achievements: On time and in budget - EVERY Consistently exceeded attendance goal up to 19%; Delivered top ten most well attended day in museum history; Slashed production costs savings in each city by an average of 30%




Supporting a diverse range of industries in managing conferences, executive meetings, event series/roadshows, board meetings, VIP evening events, and more. From onsite event support to tactical and strategic program management, I’ve assisted conference producers in meeting and exceeding goals.


  • Manage 125+ high-level sponsors for worldwide summit series. Liaison between client, agencies, and sponsors ensuring deliverables are communicated and executed seamlessly.


  • Coordinate of 100+ 1-day workshops annually. Registration management, venue contract management, F&B, A/V, and budget management.


  • Managed 100+ speakers, and committee members from selection through evaluation score notification for multiple industry technology conferences ranging from 15k – 40k attendees.


  • Conducted discovery sessions and developed event goals and objectives documentation on behalf of various technology clients for annual conferences, VIP events, and tradeshow participation.


  • Oversaw conference and tradeshow marketing departments with a staff of up to 7 and 13 conferences annually. Responsible for developing marketing plans, and the execution of $1m budget annually.


  • Directed team of registration managers and customer service staff of up to 6 in support of client registration management needs. Managed onsite registration operations for conferences ranging from 5k - 40k attendees.


  • Conceived and launched regional training programs that exceeded sales goals by 40% for leading conference and training company.


Highlighted achievements: Doubled annual sales by creating regional direct sales task force; Secured and supported promotional partnerships resulting in $500k in advertising trade
